Service Description

The tools that I'll provide you with are direct, focused and immediate for helping people like you. My goal for you is to leave each session, feeling able to manage the symptoms you are experiencing and heal the areas of your past. I will give you take home tools and techniques that you can carry with you at all times. You will leave each session with access to discreet exercises that can quickly create relief. I am direct, solution focused and faith based. We'll work collaboratively to heal trauma, address the Trauma, Depression, Anxiety attacks that are bothering you right now and create new pathways to relieve suffering. We'll start with what's going on in the moment and how to gain freedom and discipline needed in your body, thoughts and behavior.
